The Student Accounts office supervises the accounts receivable and cashiering of the university. Tuition and other payments to the university may be made there. Information regarding semester eBills is sent to each student’s Dominican email address. Finance charges are assessed on outstanding balances. Tuition payment schedules and other information can be found on the Student Accounts website by going to www.dom.edu, myDU, Resources, Student Services, and Student Accounts.

Work-study students may pick up their checks in the Student Accounts office on the sixth of each month. Work-study money is not applied directly to a student’s account but may be signed over to Dominican University for payment on any outstanding balance. The office can only cash checks of $50 or less, but students with a valid Dominican University ID may cash their university paycheck at Chase Bank during regular lobby office hours. There is a $6.00 charge to cash a paycheck. The on-campus ATM is located on the first floor of Lewis Hall.
