Please keep in mind that reserving the room only secures the space/facility and does not guarantee the availability of support services (furniture set-ups, technology equipment, security and catering). You must arrange for support services separately. Not all support services or requests can be provided in all facilities at all times. Be sure to coordinate and confirm all of your plans before advertising your date.
Don't forget the importance of communicating your event. Once basic planning details are finalized, consider contacting the Welcome & Information Desk if you will have guests to campus, the Office of Marketing & Communications for publicity and placing your item on the Campus News page if appropriate.
Note: support service requests are to be finalized no later than 2 weeks before the event date - but getting your request in as soon as possible is highly recommended.
